Where do you get referrals in paid programs ?

I usually refer my friends and relatives. I also have a lens about paid programs it does provide me with some referrals. I want to know what you guys do to get referrals.

I don't actually refer people but when I do, I also refer my family and friends. Sometimes I would go to forums and post there along with information about the program I'm referring them to.

I think you better start to look for your own referrals, because nobody would tell you where they get their referrals from honestly.Just like nobody would really tell you the secret to be a millionaire.
