A delicious Birthday cake

Its my friends birthday coming up and iv decided for a special person, the cake should be specially made at home by me. She doesnt like chocolate cake so im clueless with what other cakes you can make that is really good.
Any suggestions please (The name of cake if possible)

Maybe she would like an ice cream cake. They are pretty simple to make. The easiest way I have made one is taking a Duncan Hines Strawberry cake mix and baking it as deirected. Then when it cools cut it in half lengthwise and cut vanilla ice cream in thin slices and place in between layers. You can ice it with your favorite icing and put it in the freezer until ready to serve. They are very good.
You can do it with homemade cakes too. Just depends on how much time you have.
