who knows how to cook chinese beefsteak?

Hi, I am a fan of Chinese foods. I wanted to know the ingrediants of Chinese beefsteak. I had tasted it when I was in high school. I loss the recipe. I am hoping to get it here soon.

chinese beefsteak
ingredients:
1 lb. beef fillet (cut diagonally in 12 1/4" slices)
marinade:
4 tbsps. dry sherry
2 tsps. ginger juice
2 tbsps. cornstarch
4 tbsps. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, mince finely
1 tbsp. sesame oil
preparation/ procedure:
1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 lb. chinese brocoli or yu choy. 4 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup water, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. oyster sauce.
mix marinade and marinate beef for 15 minutes. heat 2 tbsps. oil, add salt and stir-fry greens 1 minute. remove to a serving platter. heat oil and stir-fry beef over high heat until color changes. combine cornstarch mixture with salt, sugar and oyster sauce. pour over meat and stir well until thickened. arrange on top of greens on serving. serve hot.
