Depends what you want to talk about. Every verse in the bible is very useful. You could try Job 8:5-7 That should some up everything..

You have not mentioned a topic so I am assuming that the choice is up to you. It is still a part of the Easter Season on the church calander, so I am suggesting two Scriptures that would seem to be especially appropriate during this time.
John 20:24-31 or Matthew 28:16-20. Or any of the after the Resurection Scriptures would be timely. If you have not read in public before or are a little nervous about reading Scriptures the Gospel according to Mark give the shortest accounting of these events in chapter 16.

I think it would depend on the subject matter but one of my favorite chapters is Romans. Paul is writing to the people of Rome whom he has left some time ago and making sure that they are aware that the ultimate theme of Christianity and Paul's teaching is that all can be saved no matter what type of sin. Romans has been called "the cathedral of the Christian faith". I thought that just giving you a chapter and not a specific verse would give you guidance without telling you exactly what to do. Also, no matter the theme of the service or sermon the general themes of Romans would be appropriate no matter the subject.
