I fully agree with you, without any doubt. With this busy world, we are becoming more and more busy, where we hardly get time to relax and think about our own life. Above that, the food that we have now a days, is not that healthy as it use to be earlier. Hence to fight with all these things and to survive a little longer without letting external diseases effecting you much.
As per study, we need to exercise at least 45 minutes everyday. It, keeps our body balanced and melts most of the excess calories that we gain during the day. It provides internal strength to our body, to fight with external factors, like illness, and others. It increases our stemina, to handle pressure and tensions to great extent.
I go for swimming daily for 30 mins and swim for 1.5 kilometers daily. After that I do some heavy gym.
