Do you count the calories of every single food that you put in your mouth?

Do you do that? It seems lots of people do that these days because they worry they would consume too much calories each day. I think it would have been no fun to do that - counting the food's calories while eating, lose the meaning of enjoying the food. How about you?

I would suggest you to eat regular meals like 3-4 times a day, snacks inbetween, sleep abefore midnight, it helps you gain weight easier.

No i am not a calorie counter, all i do is watch what types of food that i eat. I stay away from processed foods because they tend to have more calories in them.

Eat wisely ;-)

I do not count the calories on any food I eat. As long as I eat wisely and get regular exercise there is no need to worry really.

Right now I am on a diet because I am trying to avoid getting diabetes (I am pre diabetic). So, yes, I do count all of the calories of everything I eat.

I dont count the calorie of everything I eat, but I am conscience of what I eat and how much calories some things are vs eating other things as well... I try to make a healthy choice.... but then there are days that I just dont worry about it and enjoy the food and just eat. exactly whats the point of eating if you are consumed with the whole how many calories is that.... but we need to make healthy choices for ourselves as well. happy mylotting..and enjoy some food!! LOL

hihi..i know of people who will always count the calories of the food they consume..and sometimes i really wonder how accurate can they get..a sandwich from stall A will not have the same calories as the sandwich from stall B.. and that it is really pointless and meaningless to do so.. i feel that as long as you eat within your limits, that should be good enough, we should not go to the extent of counting the calories of the food we eat.. eating should be a joy and not a chore..

Yea, I feel the same way, we should be enjoying the food and be grateful instead of counting that thing.

I'd go crazy doing that. I try to watch what eat but I couldn't live with having to count and keep track of everything. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

I look at the calorie count of the food I eat but I don't let it influence whether or not I eat something that I want to eat. I just glance at it to make sure its not something ridiculous like 450 calories in a 3 bite brownie.

Do you count calories? No, I do not count calories of every single piece of food that I put in my mouth. In order to loose weight I try to envision my tummy as a small unit of space. About the size of my fist, then I try to make sure that I never ever put large amounts of food inside of that space. Small amounts of food throughout the day is all that's necessary. So far I haven't lost a whole lot of weight but I will soon b/c I'm becoming more aware of my body and also my habits. Also I'm exercising....... Hope this will help you too.....Counting calories would be too much of a pain..

No I don't do this stuff. I really enjoy eating and I am not fat also, Though I eat a lot but I also workout a lot also. I keep myself fit always. Well it is good for people to be health conscious and keep a watch on what they eat and how much they eat though for me keeping counts on the number of calories is quite tasking and boring. It ruins my enjoyment.

I don't eat whole heck of a lot but I like to try lots of different food and get too greedy sometimes to make my stomache uncomfortable.
