Yes, I love milk very much and drink at least one or two glasses day. they say it is very good for you and helps you keep the weight off and lose weight. I drink fat free milk since that is the best for you. Everybody should drink milk. :-)

I love milk. I truly believe that it makes your bones stronger. I used to make my children drink milk at dinner every nite, and neither have ever had a broken bone yet, and they are all grown up now.
