Yoga & excercise, travel, plant a plant, watch a Kevin Smith movie, play with small children, play with animals, blow bubbles, pop wrapping bubbles, color in a coloring book, talk a walk, listen to music and cry it out, sing, dance, write write write, cook, clean.. Anything that can distract me even for a few minutes, take up new hobbies
I've been down for nearly a month, but personally I don't think that my home has ever been this neat or clean, and I've never been so curious about doing things before that I haven't, such as learning to cook or do latch hook.

IN life, we can be down, but we cant be out... ONce we are out, it means we are giving up and that should not be the ay in life ^_^
THere are always ups and downs in life, or rather, what goes up must come down eventually.. BUt down does not mean out.. Being down is a chance for us to get back on our feet again, and it makes us a stronger person ^_^
When i feel down, i will be out doing things that i like, such as running.. I explore my new limits when i'm down because that's where i got my new found energy and inspiration in life again ^_^

well that is fine but it is easier said than done. I mean when you are down all that is negative in the world comes up. One thing I know for sure that I will be back on my feet sooner or later and when that time will come I will be stronger than yesterday.

NOthing is negative forever.. There's always a break somehow in life, and that's the chance to make full use of it, to make yourself stronger again ^_^
Do not bow down to failures or whatever negative things in life, for they are the source of energy in making u a better person in the future ^_^

faith in god provi8des a guarantee that all our bible-based hopes will be fully realized. the overall theme of the bible highlights god's promise of kingdom rule,
under which the earth will become a perfect paradise wherein righteous people will
joyfully live forver. everything bad - including frustration - will be gone, for
god will satisfy the desire of every living thing.
