What name do you want for your first child?

My first child my husband and I named after a singer because we love the name. Her middle name is after my husband grandmother. We try to keep the names of our loved ones "alive" with each child.

i used to imagine my first son will be named daryl carlyle. it was a name my boyfriend and i dished up some time ago. i liked daryl and he liked carlyle. neither biblical nor an artist's name. daryl was a character name in a story of a young robot who desperately wanted to be a young boy and belong to a family. (it was an old movie) carlyle was a second name of my bf's granddad. we weren't able to think of a baby girl's name coz we weren't able to come up with the female version of daryl carlyle. i actually had a certificate of a little star i named "daryl carlyle" and it's located amongst the small ones surrounding the small dipper.

Well I have a total of 5, yes 5 children. Three boys ages 14, 11, 5 and two girls ages 7 & 4. My oldest son who is 14 now I picked his name Matthew Issac because those were always my favorite names when I was younger. My 11 yr old Mark David was named after my brothers who are Mark Joesph and James David. My youngest son who is 5 is Nicholas Sean this was a choosen name agreed upon my his father and I and so were the two girls. My older boys have diff dads and my youngest three have a diff dad. So the girls are 7 that's Taylor Ann that is my favorite girl name and the middle name Ann is from her God mother Melanie Ann. And then there is Kayla Nicole, She is 4 and again he name was picked between me and her dad. I used to have people that heard my oldest boys name Matthew & Mark, they would ask me when I was going to have Luke & John. So I guess you cansay that my choices were a combination of all of the above. I can't believe how fast they grow up. So what is your take on the name game????
