Who is your favorite person or let us say the first person you will immediately share something to when your down? Most of us we need to have another person to talk to with our problems inorder to ease our feelings. Some would be probably our parents, Mom or Dad alone. But how about you?

it would depend on what my reason is for being down.
often, my older sister N will be the first one i talk to whenever i'm down. she is the closest sister i have in terms of age gap, coz i spent a good part of my childhood and formative years with her. but it's not often i do that. if the issue is about the family i would though.
but if it's about work, i have another older sister E whom i confide everything with in regards to work because we share the same line of work and she is the best person to understand my situation or scenario at hand.
if it's about matters of the heart (like i'm planning to end it with my boyfriend), i don't turn to my family. i have 3 close friends who would foot the bill. one, i met in the university and the other two while at work. all three i've shared an apartment with so they know me pretty well outside of home.
i'm an independent soul and easily clams up. it's only recently that i was able to confide serious matters with my sisters and friends. it used to be just me.

i came from a very big family and from a bigger clan so to speak. and my family is close-knit, so yes i really am lucky and we are a happy bunch. as for friends, i make friends easily. and over the years i keep a select few that has become closest.
there's really a lot of family and friends whom i can share my problems with, but i try to keep it to myself for as long as i can.
and about the boyfriend... sadly yes. i should have ended it 2 years ago. but we kept holding on to it. maybe it's time to let go.

That would be my best friend. I can tell him everything that I'm concerned about and he listens to me as long as it takes. I can cry on his shoulder and he comforts me when I really need to comforted. I love my best friend and hope to have him in my life for a long long time.

First I go to my wife if situation does not concern her personally, then I go to my birth family members such as parents and my sister if it concerns wife or others. I also speak with my good friend I have been friends with since 1980. He knows me just as much as I know myself, perhaps more.

The longest youve known the person is, you most likely go to him/her when you have problems. This is really true. Because its easy for you to express your self.

I talk to God and I also talk to myself. I tell myself to stop feeling down and enough negative or depressing thoughts. Then I listen to some music, do some dancing, go for a walk and before long I'm back up. It works for me!

The first person I go to , to talk to, when I'm feeling down, is my fiancee. He is the person I live with and talk to every day. I no longer live in the same town as my family, we're about 2 hours away, so I don't see them or talk to them on a daily basis. I know they're only a phone call away but they're also busy with their own lives. I feel like my fiancee is the one person who knows what's going on with me and my life and we talk quite thoroughly each day. He is someone I trust and can always give me great advice when I need it. He's a great listener and can always lend me a shoulder to cry on or a hug if I'm needing it. He really is a great person. Which is why I'm marrying him this June. :-)

I normally talk to my bestest friend in the WHOLE wide world... usually thru email... but it's comforting... usually she'll find a way to twist it around to make me feel better LOL... Sometimes I'll talk to my husband, but usually my BFF cheers me up faster & better!

When i had a problem or a bad day in scool, work or lovelife, the first person i want to meet and share with is my beloved mother. She is so close to me. I feel comfort to tell everything to her, she can keep my secrets and give me best advices.
