"New law in my home city"

Just recently there has been a low intoduced to my community. If you get caught, or even get seen smoking in your car you get fined a certain amount of money. Personally,I'm not a smoker but I still think its an invasion of privacy. Whats next, you can't smoke in your own home? I don't get it sometimes. Little by little, this democracy based county is looking like its communist! The government seems to find a way to contol us. Does anyone else feel the same way?
