I have made it to 100 but have a question

Hi Shant! Congratulations for getting 5 stars. Here is what I think about stars: Mylot rates you according to the quality of responses you post and as soon as you post your 100th response it gives you star. You have got a star with a numeral 5 on it and same as I. This numeral 5 on the star means the quality of our posts are average and we need to improve.

It was great to get my first star back when I started here on Mylot. But my first star was a #10. Later I got into a few topics that got me a slap down to a #9 and I have been there for the past couple of years. I would say that you need to get into better discussions if you want your star number to increase. Don't start discussions that are one sentence or on topics that will get deleted. The same thing goes for discussions you comment or reply to, be sure they are not topics that will get deleted. That will help you keep the star value you have or even increase it.

it means the rated by people . in the left of you , there are three buttons which you can read rate the positive. rate the negative. report abuse if more persons rate you the positive , your number of star will promote. or your number of star will decline. God bless you

hehe...congratunations on your new milestone,you will see your ratings after posting more than 100 on mylot,the number just reflects how many people rated you positive before,it will increase if the others rated you positive but not negative,stick to you aim and you will reach 500 posts soon, BTW,rated you positive

Hi Shant, yes same here too. I just noticed that my name had a star above it but it is only number 4. But I'm happy for that. I always wondering that for sometimes, because I have seen a lot mylot members who has stars above their name and I've been thinking what is that. Right, I have to aim to get as many reliable posts as ever. Thanks.
