Can you chat online or on phone in the office?

Generally speaking, staff are not allowed to chat during working time in the office, no matter online or on phone or face-to-face. But some people are exeptional, like me, I can chat online in the office now cos I'm not as busy as before...lol...I love this kind of life. What about you? Can you chat online or on phone in the office?

nope we cant use the internet for chatting in the office but yes we could use the phone... but must not be an international or national calls...
