mobil home (owner has mortgage on mobile home)in mobil home park served with non-compliance notice has 30days to vacate. Unable to sell mobile home in that time. If owner comes into compliance within the 30days to mobile park owners demands can they still process eviction proceeding against the owners of the mobil home. The owners will lose the mobile and still owe on the loan.

Yes, they can still process the eviction, but when it goes to court the judge has to rule for them to be evicted. If the come into compliance, they may win. Just depends on how long they were noncompliant and what for. They still may rule in favor eviction. Regardless, the mortgage will still stand unless they sell the home.

please clarify what you mean by non-compliance. If you have a Deed of trust or better yet a Mortgage the process will take longer then 30 days. I am not to familiar with Mobile homes, but if it is the lessor of the land I can see where they could require you to vacate but the loan on the trailer should still stand, and all that would be needed is to relocate
