By just knowing about who you ar voting for.And by taking into account not just future promises they make, but also their past records and current state. This time try doin justice to your vote.
Its only an eye opener."Justice can be BLIND.But VOTING shouldn't be"

True. But how do you know your candidate. By reading his profile as put in the media? That would either be a window dressed one, or would contain the barest essentials like what is his present networth. If he a second or nth timer and you had kept track of his "growth" then you might have some data toroughly assess whether he is a "fit" candidate. Otherwise all you have for your choice of the "right" candidate to vote is only your hunch or some hearsay.
The next best thing you can do is trust a party whose manifesto and commitments you are in line with your thinking. But even here we need to make compromises, we may not like everything that the party stands for. Recently I voted and on the basis of party and learnt that this fellow was someone who embezzled public funds.
