Does Anybody tried Clixsense?

Ive just registered with clixsense but I dont know where to click or simply say how to earn in that site? When I go to Browse ads option, it says their about premium blah! blah! Dont have ads to click in it. Also, during my login it says to download a toolbar and I did but still no ads or earning point to click with. Hope you can help me out? By the way, Is this trusted paying site?
