whats the best gift to give to our mother on her birthday?

my mother's birthday is upcoming, ie, its in may and i am now in a dilemma to choose what to give her on her birthday. i want that gift to be something very special. the only idea which came up to my mind was to frame the photo of her parents (who has passed away long back). do u think this is a good idea?

when my mothers' birthday, we ask my mother no need to cook on that day, because she is the one who cook for us whole family every day. So we eating out on that day or every sunday we will also try to eating out with my mother, let her enjoy and relax for the whole day.

thats true.. giving her rest from her daily hurryburry kitchen work would be a great relief. so on her birthday, i will prepare the food... let it be my specials.. hope she would lik it (she is already a wonderful cook and i cant compete with her).

Your mother will be happy what ever you prepare for her, she will love it, even you're not a good cooker, she will appreciate what you do for her.

I think best gift to mother will be to remember what she has taught you. Remember her unconditional love and affection. Mother's love is beyond mere gifts and celebrations.Never forget that there is only one mother in your lifetime.

That's a great idea.. it's nice if you also give her one of the things that interests her.. for instance; perfume, bag or home appliance.. give her a surprise treat.. cook her favorite dish or take her out to a fancy restaurant..

I will gave her scrap book of us - her events. Photos can be from the past event happens in our lives - first birthday of my niece, my wedding, my sister wedding, summer outing, etc.

I think the best presents is that you can stay with her all the time,and have a warm saying that"happy birthday to my dear mother",and give a piece of carnation to her,in a word,no matter what you do,if she feel happy,it is just ok.
