Frustrated!

I've come to terms with the fact my dh had to deploy so soon. (He just got done with a remote to Korea last November.) We moved to England once he got back. I'm frustrated with the constant jerking us around about when he comes back and all that. Right now he is in army training (he's air force) for a month. He was told he would come back for a week or so before deploying to iraq. We knew he will be back in December. What sucks is the way the military can work the system. He's now not allowed to come back. So he will be deployed for about 8 months (including various trainings). Here's the issue. If a member is deployed longer that 179 days they get a short tour credit. My dh won't be getting that though. It only counts once they get into the country of their deployment. Not the time before or after they enter the country. So, not only do we risk another remote soon, we also will risk another deployment within a year after he gets back. Sorry, had to vent.
