Unpaid Item dispute - Ebay?Pls help me...?

I'm a new ebay seller,I mainly sell makeup and perfume on ebay.The listing is expensive I didn't make a lot of money when items are sold and start losing money because a lot of buyers would bid on my items and then disappear and no responses.But once i file a dispute,they response quickly and apologize and say they no longer want it or purchase by mistake.I mean come on,It's a total waste of my time and effort.Now,I don't care anymore,I don't want to force them to pay,I'm gonna relist the items,But I just want my final value fees back,What should I do?Any help would be appreciated.Thanks guys
