Paypal Plus Credit Card?

I want to verify my paypal account but I do not have a bank account. If I apply for the paypal plus credit card and I am approved how much will the card cost me in fees? Annual fees, monthly fees, etc. Will it cost anything if I never use it?

why dont you use debit card? its a lot better and easier.. i know some banks offer debit cards.. it can be used online.. you dont need to open a bank account. its safer than credit card when it comes to shopping online.
