What are you doing for Earth day today? How

Unfortunately I can't actually do much today since its cold and gloomy out and I have my little guy that I babysit (who is beign rather naughty today i must add) HOWEVER this weekend is suppose to be just gorgeous out so I'll be outside cleaning up around the yard and getting the gardens etc ready for planting and so on.. As far as cold water washing, energy bulbs, recycling etc etc we do that everyday regardless....

i don't do many today . i just post a post about the environment. i want through the envirmont i can do something about our earth. i want to tell this to many ones , they will have this thought in their head. and do the things in daily life. they must protect the envirment then the earth will became more and more beautiful . every one want a clean life and evenvirment.

Well,I was at my mom cleaning her house and helping babysitting my little sister so I probably used more electricity cleaning then I normally do since I had to vacuum. I had totally forgot about the day being Earth day I am ashamed to admit that.

I try to make small changes when I can. However, I probably not opt for washing clothes in cold water. Saves a little energy, but I'm not sure the clothes would come clean enough.

I wont really be going green or anything like that. Of course i will do some laundry, clean the floors and i have to drive to Michaels to pick up some paint brushes so i won't be going green and i have to drive because it isn't close to me at all. To me it is just another day of doing things around the house, being on the computer and going out and getting some gas and heading out to the stores. Nothing new to me just another day.

I am going to drive my gas guzzling hummer with the windows down and the AC on full blast. The UNIVERSE is cooling down due to the law of entropy. This is proven physics. Therefore, global warming should be seen as a godsend and we should be doing everything we can to generate extra heat and emitting CO2.

For me, it is just another day. I remember the first Earth Day. Since then I have always tried to do something each day that helps. I use energy saving light bulbs. I have motion sensitive lights that go on when there is movement in the room and then they go off when there is no motion for two minutes. I have skylights so room lights do not have to be turned on as often. I compost kitchen trash. I hang laundry on the line as often as the weather will allow it. I recycle many items. I make some of my own clothes. I crochet my own blankets. I suppose it has become a way of life for me.

I completely forgot that today was Earth Day. I do not have anything planned. My son has 6 big black trash bags of cans in the basement I could go turn in for him.
