Is there any way how i can install windows xp on windows vista?

I am really upset and unsatisfied with windows vista. I would love to degrade my operating system to windows xp. If you could help me out with how to install windows xp over windows vista with SATA hard drive. Please help me.

You need to uninstall Vista before you can install XP.
I'm not sure exactly how to do that, but I'm sure if there is someone out there who could tell you.
But you definitely need to remove Vista or nothing will work.
