Need help identifying a plant please..

It's not catnip - It's Tiggernip. Gotcha to those who fell for Tigger's joke. lol

I had recently pulled the rest of the carrots out of a pot and was going to spread some catnip seeds in it when I discovered a plant that popped up overnight. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what type it is. All I know is the pot was empty when I went to bed last night and I woke up to a plant in it.

The ETercea potemplantum plant - image of ET
My that really is an unusual plant, yet I've seen it before and not always the same color. Mmmmm....think what you have is Tiggerecea potemplantum, not rare as I've had a variety of the species potemplantum. Years ago I had ETercea potemplantum --include a photo

ahhhhhhh so you believe it's a Tiggerecea potemplantum. Seems the plant takes on different forms and names, depending on where it's located. Thanks pyewacket!

Hiya Pola...Tigger pulled the same prank on hubby early this morning. He also wears glasses so all he saw was some fuzzy tan ball laying in the flowerpot till he put them on. Then mewed at him for his morning scratching.

Hey blackbriar! I think that plant is a beautiful plant and you should keep it just the way it is! It seems very content to be in the pot and in the sun! I don't know about watering it! Might not like the water too much! But, it sure is a very handsome potted cat, I mean plant! lol

Hiya Opal! I had to do a double-take and then put my glasses on to make sure I wasn't seeing things this am. lol I was going to keep the plant as is but when I got home from work this afternoon, it up and walked away. I found it on the bed in the sun. Seems it moves to where the sun is shining thru the window. This is one plant that hates water. Only likes it to drink and that's it so talk about a low-maintenance plant..

Yeah, Tigger likes to play pranks on poor unsuspecting souls such as us humans. He actually stayed still for this pic which surprised me.
