How do you deal with stress?

Alright, I've heard this question being asked over and over again. I just want to ask it. How do you deal with stress?

I always take time to relax infrequently to be able to cope with stress. I also stab to take a few hours without hearing any noise that may come from the television or radio. Relaxing or resting in a quiet place really helps a lot.

Talk to yourself, murmur to yourself that you are not thinking about that. :P I am just kidding. As long as I keep busy, I really won't think about it. Stress is very often produce by yourself. I know I am saying it like it's none of my business, but really you have to learn to understand that as long as you have tried your best, you are the best! You don't really need to report to anybody. Do what you can do. Then Lay back, deep breath and DON'T THINK!!

Get in a very quiet place by yourself as start question yourself. 1. Ask yourself what is causing you the stress. Do not decide on anything until you are really sure what is causing you stress. 2.Try to figure out what first started the problem or problems that is causing you stress 3.Think positivly on what you can do to deal with the problem or problems that's causing you stress. Do not try to deal with all the problems at once. 4.Try to deal with the most simple probelm or problems that you might be able to solve quickly. Do not tell every and any one your problems, because some people would just make matters worst and the simplist problem might seems differcult to handle. 5. Do not go to bed at nights worrying about the problem or problems, you will only feel more depress and you won't get proper night rest.
