How exactly does mylot.com works ?

Hi everybody,
I've been trying to figure out just out of curiosity, how does the mylot system works in order to asign payment to the hundreds? thousands? millions? of registered members who create and respond to discussions every second?
And I'm not talking about where payment comes from, I'm guessing it's from advertisers here and there somehow, but the process itself. Some of my beliefs are the following:
- They have a huge staff and have everybody 24/7 reading each discussion and paying it on their criteria based on some regulations.
- They have some powerful software that measures and identifies words in lenght, forbidden words, and whatever it suspects as questionable is flagged for human review.
- They just review whatever they're capable of due to the high volume of discussions going back and forth.
I don't mind if you speculate like myself, or if you have inside info (which I don't know if it's going to be allowed to be posted) please let me know as well as everybody else who reads this topic for the first time.

I just started with MyLot and still learning alot about it, but I have to say that I really like it. I like knowing that I can finally get a lot of things off my mind and talk about them with people that are actually interested. I always have questions with no answers or stories that I would like to talk about. MyLot helps me get a lot of strss off my back by letting me talk about the things that weigh me down. And a plus of it all is that I can make money for expressing myself. I haven't had the chance to find out how much each discussions pays you, but if anyone does know how that works, please let me know.

Hi there. I never thought of this question. I think there might some admin team there working behind the curtain. All i do here is to watching people's discussion and post my own idea, then i saw my earning growing. Actually, i am not quite understand the criteria of the earning of each post, but i am still happy to being here. I do think that admin team have their own idea of the post quality, you are a good example. I think you always post quality post!
