How to manage NEOBUX referrals?

Hello everyone...Last month I bought 20 referrals on NEOBUX.But daily only 10-15 referrals click their ads in a day,and their average is between 1-2.I am not able to get back my money which I have invested in buying these referrals.Till date I never saw all 20 referrals clicking ads in a day.Some or the other will be missing...Even replacing them is a loss for any one..For me these referrals are available for only 10days more. So please help me out,tell me some tips so that I can earn more money through these referrals in NEOBUX.How to increase the average to these referral clicks. Thank you very much in advance!! I think getting active referrals is one of the toughest thing in earning online. It is better if you could earn from some site where you can earn yourself. Regarding finding referral I would link to say that if you have some friend then you can motivate them to earn with you. And if they join then you could earn more. You can also try referral exchange with other. Join some one who is also finding referral and in turn he will join you. This way you can earn more from referrals. best of luck.
