I do. I like to travel and it´s not on my budget. So my online earnings are my vacation money. To have a goal makes me work harder for it. I´m reaching now the $100 a month line which means a wonderful vacation once a year. Of course, even while on vacations, there are no-nos to make money last longer.
Do you have a luxury item? Which one is it? How do you manage?

There are things I dont give up. We do travel but we try to keep our costs down as we go places. I also try to keep a date night in. I need a break from the kids every now and then and some time with the hubby that isnt about the kids. I think it is better for our family. Good times together and time apart.

Mine is also vacationing. I have to go on a family vacation at least once a year. I take money from my husbands paycheck and put it aside each week and it is used specifically for vacations. This way it is in my budget and I won't spend it on anything else. Just got back from DAytona Beach and in 13 weeks, we are heading to Ocean City Maryland for our next vacation.

I live a very frugal life because at my age I really don't need anything and I don't have to spend alot of money on groceries etc....but I do travel...and I also have a camper about 45 minutes away from here to spend time at the lake...it really doesn't cost that much besides the rent for the camp grounds and the electricity. So I save alot in some places and spend it in others.

i hope u manage to make enought to have a real nice vacation. i never have liked to travel & it's just as well, couldn't have afforded it anyway when i was younger & felt like it. i always had to work to keep things going for my children & i. i guess my luxury item is my home, my things in it, my car & things like that.

I love to lead a frugal life but sometime i choose to indulge myself by eating a lot of hamburges as well as coffee from starbuck(in my country Mcdonold and starbuck are regarded as luxury) and in this way, i reward myself for working hard -and then again i practice economy as i can and than ...it's like a cycle-from working hard and living fgrugally most of the time and then i choose to enjoy luxury for a few days

I live frugally by watching the things i purchase - buying only on sale, using coupons, cutting back on electricity use, growing my own garden, doing my own yard work and house work. I do this because i like to be able to afford the things i need as well as afford parts for my computers, traveling to see my boyfriend and pretty outdoor chimes and garden things.
If i didnt live frugally I wouldnt be able to do the things i enjoy on occasion. The things i enjoy as luxuries arent things i get all the time but if i wasnt careful i wouldnt be able to afford them at all and id be pretty darn bored!

I do not have any luxury items. My family is my luxury.
