Anyone using e-2-ads ?

I have just started trying out a different advertiser, e2Ads, and they seem to offer fairly good cpm rates so I am not so dependent on just clicks, but when I put the code on the site, strange things have happened. First I noticed most of the ads appear in Russian or some foreign language (just guessing its russian), secondly, a traffic exchange suddenly rejected the site due to 'Malware (e2Ads)', and then finally when I checked my site for the first time the anti virus scanner just went off but on further visits nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this, as although I am getting a good return for just a small box, I don't want it or what it causes to make visitors not visit.
