I sat on my computer and watched 3 people with real heavy loads carry it to a car and load it up. The car sped off and the 3 people went back to the Rio Grand. Like always the Border Patrol showed up a day late and a dollar short. I don't know why Obama doesn't do something right for a change and but a lot more boots on the ground along the Mexico/US border.

I think the governors in the border states should just grow a set of balls and put their own troops on the border. Screw waiting for the federal government to do it, put their own troops there, with full combat rules of engagement and with hold federal tax payments, like gas, tobaco, etc to pay for it.

Cost is the only thing that keeps them from deploying their own troops. But, as I said, start with holding tax payments to pay for it. Unfortunately that also involves growing a set of balls and standing up to daddy fed, something it seems many states simply don't have the backbone to do these days.
I am a huge supporter of the office of sherrif. It is the only elected law enforcment position and the authority there is far greater than most people realize, even surpassing federal law enforcement.
And a slap on the back to you for getting that bunch of border jumpers caught. Way to go man, seriously, great job. I'm going to be doing a little of this my self, at least I can do a little something to try and make a difference. It is a crying shame we have to do the federal governments job for them though.
