Hehehe.. of course we all have.
But how do you feel AFTER crying? Does it somehow make you feel better?
It's really weird ey, but every time I get a good hard cry, I always feel a little bit better and relieved afterward.
Do you think it's important to cry?
Well, crying doesn't solve any problem and so, but I guess it does give you a time to be just weak in order for you to pick up yourself after.
What do you think?

LOL!
Why did you ask about crying? why didn't you ask about laughing or smiling?
Anyways, enough teasing: Crying is important for us as it is the human need that if we are feeling sad then the longer sadness will remain inside us, the harder it would be for us to become normal again and crying is the only way to make sadness away from your life.
Hence, it is an offer, cry for one hour and get all your sadness away. How many hours did you cry my friend?

Maybe crying is a shame thing for man to do. But according to me, that's not 100% correct. Even when a man's feeling was hurt for some reason, crying can really help this man to feel relax. For woman i do not know actually how does crying can help woman. But i think sometimes we really have to cry.

you are right. we feel releived after crying. Especially when we are agonized by somebody's statement, somebody, whom you love and respect, somebody from who your expectations are high, it really pains..but when you cry without saying a word to that person, your agony melts...

Crying is the bodies way of relieving the pain and stress that it is going through. While it's deeply tied to emotions, most often individuals will feel tired and exhausted afterwards with a sense of calm, relaxation. It is used to express a variety of emotions including anger, sadness, fatigue, and most often physical pain. Personally after crying its remarkable at how it does always improve the mood when before only a few moments earlier everything was so stressful and there was alot of anxiety. It must be the greatest strength and weakness the body has. To be able to help relieve stress but sometimes prevent us from moving forward due to the overwhelming sense of emotional of physical pain.

oh yeah for sure :)
I feel so relieved. once youre done crying, it feels kind of like everything just got better. well .. depending what the situation was.
if its something really bad and depressing, then crying can make you feel gross =p
but most of the time it just feels good !
I definitely think it's important to cry. its a way of letting go of all those built up emotions.
we all bottle up stuff once and awhile =p
I personally used to do it alot.
so crying is pretty much a must xD
if I don't cry for a long time, Im just not happy anymore.
I know that sounds really weird, cause like if youre not crying you shouldnt be sad right?
well .. naw I just dont feel good about anything anymore xD.
but I do cry often enough that Ima very happy person :)
if that made ANY sense at all, ahhah !
but yes, tis a good time to be weak so you can realize how strong you are.
and usually you are crying on your own time, like by yourself.
so you really have time to think about what happened and ways to get over it.
I love crying, but Im strange anyhow :)
anyways, peace !

Crying literally helps your body get rid of stress!! Your emotional tears actually contain hormones related to stress. And when you cry, you are excreting these hormones! Thus, making you feel better!!

Yes i agree, crying doesn't solve any problem but of course it is also important to cry because that is one way to express oneself. Crying is a natural mechanism or tears and sobbing. Its a good way to feel relief afterwards. It is natural to cry like the famous author Norman Vincent Pale said
"It is natural to cry when pain or sorrow comes. Its a relief mechanism provided in the body by Almighty God and should be used. To restrain grief, to inhibit it, to bottle it up, is to fail to use one of God's means for eliminating the pressure of sorrow. Like every other function of the human body and nervous system, this must be controlled, but it should not be denied all together. A good cry by either man or a woman is a release from heartache".
That's explain how naturally to cry. Personally after i cried i felt good and i felt relief like there's a heavy burden that was taken on me which after i feel i am ready to face that certain problem i have.
Happy mylotting!

I agree with you. Crying does help me feel a bit better. It even helps me sleep better. But it's the course through crying that hurts me as well. Even though i ask myself why do I cry all the time for useless reason and that it couldn't help me either way, i think that it's a use to help me relief from myself from pain, from anger, from anything that is leading me to this emotional state. I don't consider it as week though. It's good to show emotional. I would be shock if you ask someone have they cry before and they answer no. Also crying can be an express of joy. So don't always look at the negative side towards thing. It can also be happy. :-)

Most of the time it makes me feel better. But their are some instances that it makes me feel really bad. I read it somewhere that crying is good for the eye and also for the heart. It cleans the eye when you cry. For the heart, because you release the negative emotions.

Nice question !!!!
I believe crying sometimes is absolutely fine.....some say men should not cry they should be strong......but in their hearts they weep over something that is bothering them......I feel sometimes letting the hormones act can help us in relieving our tensions and also helps us in reducing the depression that we might be going through.....You do feel a change when you have finished crying......sometimes good.....sometimes the urge to cry more......Try it !!!!

i sometimes can be emotional so crying is not a new thing to me HAHA. like you, i do feel a bit better after a good hard cry. and sleepy too!! i'm not sure if it's important to cry but i do think that it is important to express yourself, some people choose to cry when they're feeling down and some cry more than others..

it takes alot for me to cry. So when I do, I drains me. I try to be so strong. If I cry it means that someone or something has literally worn me down and has affected me in a manner to which I am not accustomed. When I am done I am exhausted. Usually I fall asleep. When I wake up I find that I am very quiet. I feel very quiet like. I dont like to cry.....

I think the soul purpose for our ability to cry is to make us feel better..
I do think that it's important to cry.. mentally it does make me feel better.. but I can do without the swollen eyes and the headache that usually follows.
I don't see crying as an act of weakness, but of strength.. I went for a few years without crying because I was afraid that if I started, I might never stop...

When you are very sad, just go, crying~~~! Because some harmful substance came into being when your body was too sad. So you need to release your tears. And that's why you feeling better after you crying. It's not just the psycho-effect, but the medical effect. Cry is good for your health.
