The only one kind of food i can prepare for myself is instant noodle because it's somewhat dilicious as well as tasty though it may not be good to our health.But i'm loving it!!!

Yes I can and taught my children also. They were boys and pretty good at it. Some of their cousins are girls and claim they cannot cook a thing. I think anybody who is able to read can prepare a meal from a recipe. Most of the recipes are pretty explicit.
