Are you trying o lose Weight Or Maintain...???
Let Me Give you And Advice before i Ask for help......
The Word Diet Makes me eat the Double amount of food Than usually, But, when I Started to think Maintainng I Actually Reduced my eating......
Here is My Question, and i Hope You can Help me.....
What kind of food Should I eat And what Food Should i not eat If i Want To loose Weight Or maintain my size.....???

My mom swore by grapefruit, cottage cheese & tuna. But I would replace the tuna with salmon for there is more mercury in tuna and salmon has a lot of the mega 3. I am thinking about doing what my mom did to loose weight. She stayed on her diet Monday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday she ate what she wanted but in moderation. Friday was going out to eat night, Saturday was family get together day, & Sunday was Sunday dinner day. These days she knew she was not going to be able to stick to her diet anyway. And she lost a lot of weight so I am going to try that maintain diet again. I am like you I like the thought of maintain than diet.

Eat more vegetable and fruit, reduce the meat consumption. I meant not all the meat, you can still eat meat, but not that much as usual. It really help if you convert your eating habit to produce and fruits.
