does it bother u when u are at the grocery store or the bank and the person behind the counter is having a bad day and is miserable and rude??i went to the movie store today to buy a movie and the lady was so grumpy it seemed to almost make me grumpy to!i hate that,they are working in customer service i thought they were to treat everyone with respect,i understand e veryone has a bad day but its easier to just suck it up and smile isnt it?

It does bother me, but sometimes if I am in a good mood, I will show my understanding to him.
To be honest with you, sometimes I was the grumpy lady. It's just out of control. Everything I looked at got me mad and everyhing I did was just not what I thought it would be...
So,,, I think it's all better to feel good and keep a good humor.

Yeah,you're right but there are people who can't handle pressure.When I encounter a situation like this,i just glare at the person and it always works for me.LOL!Sometime we have to let them feel that they are not the only one's who can have a bad day and how does it feel to be served by people with no respect for their customers.

Totally with you,no matter how bad the day is to her/ him,he should just do his job well,they are working in customer service then they should serve their customer well but not make you grumpy too,people should learn to control their own emotion while work,he could be angry with someone who drove her/him nuts,but never serve the customer in a bad manner

I just can't imagine working in customer service and being rude. I don't care what kind of day you are having you should never be rude or grumpy towards a customer.
