There are a lot of benefits to eating fresh fruit and vegetables. I think that carrots is good for your eyes, is an old wives tale, my friend, but fresh fruit and vegetables contain a lot of the vitamins and minerals your body requires to remain healthy. Some are good for cancer prevention, and others are good for the immune system, just as herbs can be. We should eat at least five servings of fruit and veg every day to help keep our system healthy.

Yes tomato juice is very good for us. The good thing about the vegetable juice is that they cost very less and they are good for people who are taking walking and running. They have mixed vegetable juice, vegetable soup, carrot juice, cucumber juice, etc. I think most people will feel better especially taking vegetable juice in the morning.

Fruits and Vegies are rich in antioxidants that prevents cell degeneration caused by our exposure to pollutants and other elements. These pollutants has lots of free radicals which is main cause of aging and various type of deceases. i agree with the point. In morden society, people are facing more pressure and the enviroment is deeply poluted. If we want to keep health, we should eat a lot of fruits and vegies.An apple everyday keeps the doctor away.

there are many fruits & vegetables with multiple vitamin so everyone should eat fruits & vegetables more. better to eat vegetables & fruit with natural vitamins then those vitamine medicine.

we are fond of making a vegetable-fruit shake. it consist of carrots, bananas, apple, broccoli and papaya. its really good and it taste so nice. i could even drink it all up in just one day. we make it specially if we could buy the ingredients to do it. and i know its very helpful in our body and our digestive system. to freely eliminate all the radicals that are bad for our health. a nice and helpful way to eat vegetables and fruits!

Another thing is that they contain fiber and you are apt to eat less then if you reduce it down to juice. I heard apples are quite good as well. I do not know all the benefits but they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals and there is a saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" that sums it all up. I do know that certain colors of the vegetables determine their health benefits and if you eat a variety of every color it does the most good.
That is often why some people get certain diseases, because they live in an area where fruits and vegetables of a certain shade are not present or they have a short growing season. That is why we have a lot of br*st cancer in the northern climates, blueberries and other dark purple fruit are too expensive in the off season and not everyone will buy supplements.

1. carrots good for eyesight..
2. green vegetables and apples good for iron and haemoglobin in body..
3. oranges and amla for immunity,fight infections and good skin..
4. salads for providing roughage and motility of digestive system..
5. they provide with anti-oxidants, which in turn help in fighting aging related features..
6. having them at night also helps in reducing weight..
7. papaya helps in passing motions easily..
so u see....there are many more benefits of having fruits and vegetables..

..one of the best benefit that fruits can give to our body is it boost our body's resistance. This means that our body is capable of resisting any kind of sickness or diseases if we have a very strong resistance.. This is why doctors and pediatricians always advice their patients to eat more fruits everyday than eating junk foods..
