Observe and Report

Okay so I went to see this movie "Observe and Report" because I figured it has Seth Rogan in it so it HAS to be funny. I was so disappointed. It was definitely not the best movie I have seen him in.
Anyone else see it? What do you think? If you knew if was going to be that bad would you have spent your money or waited until it came out on dvd?
