do you love the beach???

what do you usually do when you are at the beach??? ill go for a swim because swimming is a very good exercise for the heart...

yes love to swim in the beach... with a clear water and a wonderful weather could add up the beach setting...

actauly, i wuite enjoy my time at the beach, though i only swimm in pools, but what i bascially do is, (since I don't have the time for a swimm) I wacth the waves for a minute or so from the car, and wacth other people wacthing the waves, because no one swimms there, lol. Happy-Mylotting
