Maria the singer says "Dreams are hard to follow...." but I read few days ago according to some reseachers dreams are more perceptual than conceptual.... It gets complicated when we have to think things from different perceptives....

My own experience is that I have three kinds of dreams. Most often I can tell what I'm really trying to work out by the jumbled dreams I have. I sometimes keep a dream journal and just writing it down or telling someone can help me figure what it meant. Sometimes I get some uselful insight. You can read dream books, but if the symbolism doesn't fit you, I've figured out that my mind uses its own symbolism that means something to me to get a message across.
Then there are the dreams that I wake up knowing they really mean something and I'm supposed to pay attention to them. They have a different quality or texture to them. That's the best I can explain it. But I know it's for my own good that I do my best to figure it out. The last kind has only happened about 3 or 4 times for me, but it's the precognitive type of dream where something I dreamt actually does happen. Those are pretty spooky, and they haven't been about huge events, maybe just to mark milestones or turning points. I don't really know. But I do find dreams fascinating.
