are depacco, cashmails.biz scam?

i joined them but i heard from my friend that they are just scam. is it true?

hello there! i am consuela from romania and i registered to cashmails a few months ago. i have reached 20.000 $ and now when i have to request the money, the site just is no way to find it. i just can;t ope it. what can i do now?

buna! sunt radu am facut de doua ori 20000$ la cash mails si nimic!din 24 may nici un raspuns. Sa fie cioaca?

nu stiu daca e ,,cioaca`` , dar stiu ca prin paypal nu te pot plati 20.000$. Paypal are limita de plata la 10.000$(sau echivalentul din orice moneda), asa ca eu m-am inscris la alertpay si astept sa vad ce va fi.

paying 500 cents per clack and huge minpayout (4500 Euros). leads to a scam situation.

You can join this forum where we discuss scam sites. As for the question on whether cashmails.biz is a scam site or not, a few member of this forum [http://yourbuxtoexperience.aimoo.com] are members, and one of them has even cashed out!!! I'm still waiting to hear of more like that, with proof, but anyway just trying to help.

Did the person who cashed out actually get the money? That is the question i have for the above response. I would love for one of these sites to pay but I know these types usually do not.
