I used to indulge myself too much in PC games and be too concentrated on the monitor in my early days exposed to computer, as a result I'm now wear glasses. So what about you, do you have a healthy way while sitting before you PC or just like me?

I have spent countless hours in using the computer but fortunately my eyesight is still fine. I can still read the small print. Most probably it was the way I treated myself to preserve my eyesight. I still keep a reasonable distance away from the screen. The use of non-powered glasses with anti ultraviolet coating helps to reduce the glare. Occasionally looking at different objects helps to exercise the eyes.
all the best,

Hi! I used to spend too much time playing pc games too.Now my glasses' degree reachs to five hundred and fifty. But i think it does not owe to my indulge in pc games, actually i got a four hundred degree when i was still in junior high school ,and i had never seen a real computer at that time.Nevertheless keeping eyes on screen too long will undoubtedly do harm to our eyes, you had better take an overlook at regular intervals to relax your eyes.

I have a similar experience, when the first time I checked my eyes I had a five hundred degree, and after two years sitting before a computer I continue to increase the degree to almost eight hundred, it seems hard to recover the original sight from this extent.

I think i have short sight, as I've spend a lot of time playing games and reading e-books,
I couldn't read letters in newspaper
But I haven't got glasses yet , I think i would need them in the future.
