Do you like to read short stories?

you know short stories are fun to read cause even though they're short you can see their morals. and i'm a fan of short stories. one of my favorites is the classic "Snow White". and i read filipino and english short stories. :)

I love reading short stories. But it is not that I only read short stories. I am an avid reader and read almost everything and every type of writing I can get hold of. Starting from news paper, short stories, novels, classics, financial magazines almost everything. Particularly I love short stories because I can complete it in a single sitting and proper short stories have an ending that will leave you thinking about the fate of the characters going forward. I mean it ends but it will leave you with a question what happened after that. I love constructing my own stories for the characters there after.

Yup short stories are interesting to read. Short stories are easy to understand and enjoyable to read. Most short stories have moral lessons and children, teens are the ones who are into short stories. I like reading English short stories which would broaden my vocabulary. English written short stories are not the ones I liked but also stories written in my local language.

I love short stories either in Filipino, Ilocano or English. There are lots of good short stories out there that are full of life's lessons. What really amazes me is how the writers can put so much life and color in a limited number of words. Not only that. Short stories can be read in just a few minutes but their message stay much longer than novels.

I can only read English like a lot of others. I can read a bit in simplified Chinese but my knowledge of it is limited.

short stories are good staff to read on, it has moral lessons in it, and you don't have to take long time reading it for it is a short story,,,,ya right...its good..

yes I like to read short stories. I think most of them are good to read.also they are interesting to read. I love them.

I like, especially short English story, I usually read long ehinese story, and for my poor English, I just read short story, and I couldn’t understand the mean of story has expressed. So I just read very short English story, that will increase my mount of words, also can increase the knowledge . so I like read it. and I also like to write English story, I haven’t write ehinese story, but I think it will a step for me to write story in English.

I only read short stories published in Hindi News paper. I don't like reading in English as the grammer they use is very difficult for me to understand. I like reading english comic very much though. I don't remember people whose short stories I like the most but the fav is Premchand. He also has written some good short stories, isn't it?

yes i read english and tagalog short stories. but i do like english novel because it takes a lot of time to read and it really gives me a thrill.

Hi cudamani, I like short stories,i am very interesting to read, because its give good message and it is not create any suspense.so i like it,i like to read English shot stories.i don't like novels.

I like short stories compared to novels. Novels will be just my sleeping pills. heheh I get sleepy when I read novels or very long stories. I would rather watch it in movie if there is. :)

I like to read short stories.It's a challenge to read a story with above 1000000000word,short story can improve my english,and some short story are much interesting.long story is a novel,to finish one always take above 1 month to read.so even if the novel is tooooooo interesting,or I like to read short stories

I no longer like to read ever since I had to start wearing reading glasses.

I really love shot stories, some of them are so funny, and we also can learning something from them, but I only read the Chinese one, which I can understand well.

aweh, yeah I'm english, don't speak any other language. so I can't read the ones that others are addicted to =P Id like to, but .. not right at this moment :) Ill just stick to the random ones that people tell me to read because theyre so good. I love short stories, Ive heard alot of good ones. I find it so cool how people can write so little but tell so much. they have stories that absolutely wow me, and I'm just in awe. shocking ones, ones that make me feel emotions that HUGE books do. I think its just really cool. when I write, I can't write short stories, they have to be really long otherwise I don't find I'm able to get the message out. not that my stories usually have a message ... but still, you get what I mean I hope. but wow, I love em :) theyre cool. maybe thats what I should try next for writing, a short story with a message ahahaha. well anyways, ttul. peace :)

Yes normally i like to read stories parcturly i like to read short stories. Sort stories are very interseting to read its take very less time to read get the end of the story.i am read the short story some books its tamils or English. Some times i read the internet also. Tamil or English i read some interseting only.It is very gracy to rad the story. Thanks mylot.

Although I have download some short stories onto my MP4, I don't have much time to read them. I think we should try our best to get something good for us, no matter how short it is.
