What is the Best Cell Phone?

Does anyone know what the best cell phone is?I am looking for a cell that has,email,social networking,a camera,web browsing and multimedia plus text.A pda is what I need.But,which one?Who has the best service?The best plans?I have been with AT&T for years,but I don't feel that I am getting my moneys worth.I've check out T-Mobile and Verizon,but they confuse me with all the different names they have for their cell phone mobile web programs.I want to switch from ATT to someone that is less expensive.Is that possible?Or am I living in a dream world?

if you are looking for a good phone out there now..
i will definitely say it will be the samsung OMNIA..
i just got one about a month ago..
and i have to say it is the best phone i had so far!
its design is sleek and sexy..especially the red one..
and the functions are awesome..
a 5mp camera..wifi..
and a windows OS is great!
