Please Help.... Disturbing Dream

I had the most disturbing dream this morning. it all started with me and my husband at a lake, except the lake was in my bed room. just to give you a little back ground before I get into the explaining of my dream, my husband and I are moving down the hall to a bigger apartment and we took apart our bed and put the spring and mattress on the floor while leaving a huge space in the room... well the lake was in that space. it was so clear fish were swiming about tress sat behind me while I watched my husband get in and out of the merky water. I of course was affriad of getting in so I decided to stick only my feet in. the fish then began to rise to the top. My husband reasurred me it was normal. the fish were just sitting still. the heads were hidden but I could seen the color of the fish were a grey black, so I thought it was so me kind of Cat fish (my first thought) so I brought my feet out of the water and one fish laid on top of my foot still, but not dead.. the way the fish was positioned I could see the body but not the head. It didn't freak me out I just wondered why it didn't move.. then this black thing started to swim in front of me and I yelled for my husband to get out the water and I jumped up. I thought it was a bear. so as my dream went on my husband thought it would be safe to put a rug on top of the lake in my bedroom. a little after he did we seen some kind of hump trying to escape the rug. finally it was coming towards the surface so I grabed something off my night stand to kill it... I thought it was a bear fishing for food.... when it came out it was my neice she had on a big black coat and looked as though she was dying. I almost lost my mind... her mouth was all twisted her eyes black and rolling back in her head and I started CPR... she wasn't dead...but you can tell she was either going to or their was some damage like a stroke. then I woke up... it really scared me, and usually when I dream of fish someone is pregnant, but what was my neice about... does anyone know about dreams and what they mean if so please share
