They are artisans. According to what was written by Arthur Golden, Geishas do not sell their body, but their art. But why is it that many people look at them the other way around? They are not hook-up girls or anything like that. Do you agree with me?

I would love to visit Japan one day in the future. I would rather arrive in closer to Kyoto than Tokyo. I have seen a program on television about Geishas and they are ladies that dance and look beautiful. The dress in traditional Japanese clothes. The don't sell their body and the do sell their art.

Geishas are really an admirable lot. It takes a lot of self-discipline, determination, perseverance and fortitude to go through all the rigorous training before they can be considered full-fledged Geishas.

I totally agree with you. SO many people think geishas are just higher-scale call girls or something.
They're really embodiments of the arts.

Yes, they were girls with a class, above the level of ordinary house-wives

yeah i agree with you . Geishas are the ancient hooker in Japan, though hookers, they are gifted and be in a higher level, in Japan hookers are so popular that they view them a kind of culture. the reason the they do not like hookers is that , the actors are all Chinese actors. and this film hit the movie world in Asian world.
