aging bones and muscles, helping older people avoid falls. it also helps control
arthritis, diabetes and high blood pressure. Weight lifting should be offered as a primary treatment for depression, especially for older people. What you say ?

Sounds like an interesting concept. This is something I would consider only with something like 10 pound weights. I have a bad back and could use some strenthening in my lower back. What I found myself doing over the winter was lifing my arms to my mouth to fill it with donuts. I took the easy way out..lol
