I moved some stuff around in my garage the other day and found that termites had invaded the side of a wooden work bench. I understand that this means that I need to have the house and garage treated for termites so that I don't loose my entire house. I was told by someone who previously had termites that they paid around $1500 to have their house treated. The problem? I don't have anywhere close to that amount of money to have this problem fixed. Does anyone have an idea as to where I might be able to go for some type of financial help with this? I love my house. I really don't want to loose it to termites.
