EvoWallet - Worth it ?

I keep seeing the ads for EvoWallet, the New Online Payment Processor and wanted to know if first of all anyone was a member of it, and then also how does it compare to other similar services such as payPal and Alertpay.

I have never heard of this site before. I love using Paypal as my online payment processor. I have Alertpay also but they will not let me draw my small funds out.
