I hope this law passes. There are too many people who are struggling now because they are out of work, and it is hard to keep up with their bills. As soon as you miss a credit card payment or do not make the minimum payment, the credit card companies jack up the interest rate, which makes it even harder for you to pay. I really hope something can be done about this. People are not paying their bills on time because they do not have the money, not because they are trying to duck the debt. I am going through this now, and it is really stressful and unfair. I have explained that I am out of work, and will pay what I can, and they are still harrassing me daily.
I hope really hope this law passes.

I feel sorry for what you are suffering. You must be enduring great stress. I really hope the law be passed. I don't object to earning money. But earning money without morality and limit is absolutely wrong. Some Americans have gone crazy for money, they should be blamed. i'm in favour of you

I think that will be great. Finally they can't change the rules a year later after you have had the card. Finally someone on the consumer's side.
