How often do you award "Best Response"?

I was going through the tabs on mylot earlier today and noticed that I had received best response for a few responses I made on people's discussions. I have yet to award anyone with a best response because I never really payed attention to it to be quite honest.
How often do you award people who respond to your discussion as best responder? Or do you even bother awarding people with this option?
I think its great and it made me feel like I was doing something right on here or made a point. So thank you to those who have made me "best response" on one of their discussion! :)

I didn't really know anything about best response until I received an email saying I had received one. I went in to check mylot and say a message about it. I went into the tabs at the top and saw that I had a couple of them in there so I finally asked what it was about and was told what they were all about so I went into my unresolved ones and started leaving them for my discussions. I feel that it is a nice feature and can really help someone feel nice about their response.
