what do you do when you feel angry ?

When i get mad i punch walls , doors and anything and everything i see ,
But i often hurt my hands while doing that .

You should really stop this practice of your's.This is a destructive way to show your anger as you are hurting yourself for the fault of some other person. Channelize your anger in a positive way.
You can also do some yoga to reduce your anger.To know some yogasanas PM me.
Ideally,just close your eyes,take some deep breaths and this will reduce your anger.
When I get angry,whatever be the cause,I always try to blame myself for all the fiasco...and then I try to improve myself..

i really have a bad temper too...
i will throw away and break the glass and dishes, and anything i can grab...
i've throw a big and heavy rock to the floor and it broken my living room flooring...
not only that, but all bad words comes from my mouth too...
really bad temper and i should not do that anymore...

I grit my teeth, my voice becomes quieter, and usually...I'll walk away and spend some time to myself. Sometimes I'll go out for a run, if I feel like I'm gonna explode, but generally I avoid a situation, when I'm angry.
My fists only come into play when it's ABSOLUTELY necessary, and then it's with a real person...not a poor inanimate object that hadn't done anything to me.

when I feel angry and frustrated I would automatically get teary eyed and maybe start crying (it's annoying, really) so what I do instead is sleep it off or scream on my pillow until the feeling goes away then I start laughing because of how silly I probably look, screaming on my pillow.

When i feel angry, i uauslly speak out my emotion loudly to myself.After doing in this way,most of the time i will laugh at myself why i am so stupid to make myself unhappy or even angry with the things or the people that have little good to myself.Eventully, i will look at the things or the people in another way to make it easy for me to get out of the shadow of anger.I will never do something rude to others or make any violent behavior towards anything.May these all have connection with my character.

When i get mad I usually sleep. hehehe But sometimes, I also punch something but not the person that I got mad to. :)

You should consider taking an anger management class, or maybe even just doing something a little more productive to release that energy on. For example! You could join a kickboxing class to get your aggression out, you could go RUNNING every time you feel angry, or you could try to control your physical urges and instead express yourself through a creative outlet - such as writing, singing, photography, painting, etc. No one wants you to keep your feelings bottled up - but you shouldn't be going around punching things. That's probably not good for your hands, and it probably irritates your land-lord that you're punching your walls.
Another great idea to check out is yoga & breathing exercises! This might really help you. This is what I do when I get angry, and it seems to work pretty well. It's all about talking to yourself (as weird as that sounds), and MAKING yourself calm down. Anger isn't good for you - it causes stress and tension, and even has physical effects such as hypertension and even being at a higher risk of stroke or other heart-related problems. Plus, NO ONE wants to live angry. Life is too short to get angry at every little thing!
