i eat a lot today and i felt a burning sensation in my chest. i felt like i can't breathe. my friend said maybe i suffered heartburn. i already drink water and the pain still there. i blamed my habit of eating too much. i've noticed that my appetite increases and i can't help from eating a lot.here's about heartburn:heratburn has nothing to do with the heart. it is a digestive problem, usually related to meals and posture and can often be relieved by remedies indigestion. i guess i need to consult my doctor. i always suffer this every time i eat a lot.

Good day, flagella08. Well, you are experiencing heartburn. That was the effect of hyperacidity caused by fatty and acidic foods. You must take a dose of antacid because water alone cannot relieve you from burning sensation. You should reduce or avoid eating the foods that causes hyperacidity. I hope that this might help, happy mylotting...=)

I think eating habit is very important to one's health. Sometimes I feel very uncomfortable as a result of eating too much. All I can do is to wait until the food in my stomach have been digested. But sometimes the temptation of food is just hard to resist, especially when face my favorites. But lately this situation rarely happen to me,and i haven't suffer from that kind of pain. To be health is really very happy.have a good day!

I also experience that heartburn last Sunday my birthday I ate too much because of the fullness of my stomach I can't breathe anymore and I starting to vomit. I regret for eating too much that time. To avoid this problem I'm not going to eat too much and drink water at the same time.

yes, better consult a doctor for a better diagnosis. aside from heartburn, you might be suffering also from reflux disease or perhaps hyperacidity... there's too much build-up of acid in the stomach that creates a burning sensation all the way to the chest area just above the stomach. don't drink too much water, just take a few sips. and soda is a no-no. if you can manage without fruits, please do so. citrus keeps acid levels up. when you lie down or sleep, make sure your head is a bit higher than your mid-section. acid build-up around the stomach is dangerous, and when you lie down it spills upwards that causes that burning feeling in the chest area. so walk around a little after eating, it helps. chew on a cool-air gum. it will help you breathe. do you have asthma?

Hi there. I also suffer heartburn every now and then, especially when I've skipped meals or am really hungry. It seems to be an offshoot of my recurring gastritis and there are days when it gets so bad, I could barely get up and end up spending the entire day in bed. I usually just take my medicines for hyper-acidity and the heart burn usually fades in time.
